If you want a real read on what the market is doing, are thinking through a decision, or just want to understand your options, that is exactly the kind of conversation I am available for. No timeline required.
Yes, and I will mean it. My job is not to push transactions. It is to help each person make the right call for their situation. If the numbers do not work, if the timing is off, or if there is a smarter path than buying or selling right now, I will say so directly. That is the kind of honesty I would want from someone advising me.
I read every message personally and respond within 24 hours, usually the same day. My reply will be a real response based on what you shared, not a template or an automated drip sequence. If you would rather talk by phone or text, just say so in your message and we will do that instead.
